General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Real Passionates

2. Scope of application
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop. B2B customers are not included, as there is a separate B2B shop for them.

3. Conclusion of the contract
Orders are placed exclusively through our online shop. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.

4. Payment terms
Payments are due immediately. The following payment methods are available:

  • Shopify Payments (credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

  • PayPal

Prepayment or payment on invoice (except via Klarna) is not offered.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. The shipping costs are:

  • Germany: €4.90 (free shipping for orders over €60)

  • EU: €9.90 (free shipping for orders over €100)

  • Worldwide: from €13.90 (no free limit)

Delivery time: 2-4 business days within Germany.
Pick-up is only possible for personalized products and by prior arrangement.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. The customer bears the return shipping costs.

  • Returns sent without prepaid postage will not be accepted.

  • International customs duties and taxes are not refunded (outside the EU).

  • The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Exchanges are not possible. If an item is defective, please contact us at hello@realpassionates.com .

7. Vouchers
We offer gift vouchers. These are transferable and can be redeemed in the online shop for all available products. A cash payment or refund of the voucher value is not possible. The voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

8. Liability
We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use of our products. Our liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless essential contractual obligations are affected.

9. Dispute Resolution
We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is our registered office, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.

11. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
