✘ GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email, which also contains your DHL tracking number. You can use this to track your Real Passionates package at any time.

Can I collect my order?
You have the opportunity to pick up our products from the “MAKE IT YOURS” category from us in Munich. To do this, please place your order online and select “Pickup” for shipping. All other items are stored in our shipping company and therefore cannot be picked up from us. However, if you are invited to a wedding and need a guest book as a gift, or generally need an urgent gift, you can call us at any time and we will try to make everything possible.
I live outside the EU. Can I still order?
Yes, you can!
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional charges (taxes, customs duties, import duties) may be levied by the local authorities. These additional costs must be borne by the customer. Shipping takes place from Munich, Germany, with official documents indicating the exact total amount of all purchased products in EU euros and the country of origin for each item.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
If we receive your order Mon-Fri. If received by 2 p.m., it will be processed and shipped the same day. If we receive your order on the weekend, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday.
If you would like to return an item, please note the following:
Print out the return form and include it with your return. You can download the form HERE.
We ask that you order carefully as we cannot cover the costs of returns.
We will not accept returns that have not been paid and will be returned to the sender.
International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded (applies to deliveries outside the EU).
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
In the rare case that your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to find a suitable solution.
