As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation via email, which also contains your DHL tracking number. You can use this number to track your Real Passionates package at any time.

Can I pick up my order?
You have the option of picking up our products from the "MAKE IT YOURS" category in our Munich office. To do so, please place your order online and select "Pick up" for shipping. All other items are stored at our shipping company and therefore cannot be collected from us. However, if you are invited to a wedding and need a guest book as a gift, or need an urgent gift in general, you can always call us and we will try to make everything possible.
I live outside the EU. Can I still order?
Yes, you can!
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional charges (taxes, customs duties, import duties) may be levied by the authorities there. These additional costs are to be borne by the customer. Shipping is from Munich, Germany, with official documents stating the exact total amount of all products purchased in EU euros and the country of origin for each item.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
If we receive your order Mon-Fri by 2pm, it will be processed and shipped the same day. If we receive your order over the weekend, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday

We ask that you order wisely as we cannot cover the cost of returns.
Unfree returns will not be accepted by us and will be returned to the sender.
International customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded (applies to deliveries outside the EU).
Please only use shipping services with tracking, as we do not take responsibility for lost packages.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the delivery. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Returns will only be accepted if all items concerned are returned in new and unused condition. Used items will not be accepted. Second choice and personalised products are excluded from returns.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
