Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email, which also contains your DHL tracking number. You can use this to track your Real Passionates package at any time.

Processing time of your order:
If we receive your order Mon-Fri. If received by 10 a.m., it will be processed the same day and sent the next day. If we receive your order on the weekend, your order will be processed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday.

Return period & conditions:
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of delivery. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
